Anal cancer occurs when cells in the anal area start to grow and multiply in an uncontrolled manner.  This results in an accumulation of abnormal cells forming a mass or tumor.  The anal area is the opening at the end of the intestinal tract where the feces passes out of the body as a bowel motion. This occurs when the circular sphincter muscle that surrounds the anal canal relaxes. Below you may find medications used to treat or help with Anal Cancer. More about Anal Cancer
