  • Standard Airmail: 14–21 business days, up to 30 days (approx. AUD 20). Discreet — no tracking provided.

How are orders packaged?

All parcels ship in neutral, unmarked packaging with no logos, branding, or indication of contents.

What if my shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost?

Our Total Delivery Guarantee covers delays beyond the estimated window and transit damage. Contact support and we will reship at no cost. If a second delivery is not possible, we issue a full refund. (Orders exceeding 120 tablets are split into smaller packages that may arrive on separate days.)

Can Australian Border Force or the TGA intercept my package?

Customs authorities occasionally hold packages for routine inspection. Our Delivery Guarantee covers detained shipments — we will reship at no cost. No prescription upload or health questionnaire is required to order from VGR Australia. We do not collect personal health records. Because this means we cannot screen for drug interactions, consult an AHPRA-registered medical practitioner before starting any new medication.

How do I place an order and track it?

  1. Select your medication, strength, and quantity, then click Add to cart.
  2. Go to Checkout and enter your shipping details.
  3. You will be redirected to an encrypted, independent payment processor. Your banking data is never stored on our servers.
  4. Once dispatched, track your order using your reference number on our external support portal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and AmEx, processed through encrypted external gateways. We also accept Bitcoin and Ethereum — paying with cryptocurrency gives you an extra 10% off your order.

Can I cancel an order?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering, provided the parcel has not shipped. Contact support immediately. Once a package leaves our dispensing facility, the order is final.

Can I return medications?

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Once medications leave a regulated dispensary, they cannot be safely restocked. If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 30 days (14 days for temperature-sensitive items) to arrange a replacement.
