Personal Responsibility & Privacy Policy

We do not collect health records, and we do not screen orders for drug interactions or contraindications. You bear full responsibility for how you use purchased medications. Before placing an order, you must:

  • Consult a licensed doctor before starting any new medication.
  • Read the manufacturer's package insert for dosing instructions, warnings, and storage requirements.
  • Confirm you have no allergies or health conditions that contraindicate the items purchased.

3. Transactions, Payment Processing & Support

Payment Routing

VGR Australia does not capture, store, or access your banking or credit card details. At checkout, you are redirected to PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted third-party payment gateways. Completing a transaction means you also accept the terms of those external processors.

Customer Support Portal

All post-purchase activity — shipment tracking, dispute resolution, and 24/7 support — is handled through an isolated external helpdesk. Using our service means accepting this infrastructure for all subsequent communications.

4. Pricing & Stock

Pricing

We source from an international network, so prices may shift with foreign exchange rates. We reserve the right to change pricing, product offerings, and these terms at any time without notice.

Fulfillment & Inventory

Stock levels fluctuate. We accept no liability for dispatch delays caused by manufacturer supply constraints, international postal backlogs, or customs inspections at our dispensing facilities.

5. Australian Customs Regulations & Import Laws

Every order is covered by our Delivery Guarantee — including free reshipment for intercepted parcels — but you are responsible for ensuring your order complies with Australian personal import regulations under the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). By placing an order, you confirm compliance with Australian law and accept responsibility for any applicable taxes, GST, or import duties.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Medications cannot be reintroduced into the supply chain once they leave a regulated facility. We issue replacements only for goods that arrive damaged, expired, or incorrect — report the issue within 30 days of delivery (14 days for temperature-sensitive items).

Cancellation Window

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of payment, provided the order has not yet shipped. Once a package leaves our partner facility, the sale is final.

Chargeback Policy

If a parcel is lost or compromised, we replace or refund it in full. Because this guarantee is in place, we do not accept credit card chargebacks or bank disputes. Initiating a chargeback will result in permanent account suspension across our global network.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law, VGR Australia, its directors, employees, agents, and supply partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of profits — arising from your use of this website or products.

Where liability is established, our maximum financial obligation is limited to the purchase price of the disputed order.
